John Quinn is widely recognized as a leading expert on local real estate.

 

A lifelong East End resident and businessman with decades of experience in construction and real estate. John's keen passion for quality and attentive client-first attitude can be felt throughout all of his projects and client relationships.

​His unique experience as a second generation contractor/builder and a designer and developer of luxury homes sets him apart from most agents and brokers. He started out at an early age helping in his father's carpentry business before starting his eponymous firm in the nineteen eighties.

While designing and building luxury homes John obtained his real estate salespersons license and was invited to join one of the regions top producing teams at Compass where he honed his sales and marketing skills.  Looking to expand his knowledge and experience John joined Douglas Elliman where he obtained his brokers license.

Having worked at two of the top firms John developed a set of best practices and decided to combine his skills as a broker, builder and developer under one roof giving him a unique perspective in serving his clients on the North Fork, Shelter Island and the Hamptons.

 

He currently serves as Vice President of his homeowner's association and his firm has also contributed pro-bono construction services to Habitat for Humanity of Long Island.

A proud father and husband, John resides in Cutchogue with his wife in a home they designed and built themselves. In his downtime, you can find John exploring the North Fork's waterways by kayak or enjoying a glass of local wine.
